Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Locations

We currently ship orders inside Pakistan.

2. Processing Time

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship via trusted local couriers. Delivery within major cities typically takes 3–5 working days. Remote areas may take longer.

4. Shipping Charges

A flat rate may apply based on location. Free shipping may be offered for orders above a minimum cart value (e.g. PKR 75,000).

5. Shipment Tracking

You will receive a tracking number and courier link once your order is dispatched.

6. Risk & Receipt

Once dispatched, risk transfers to you. Inspect packages on delivery and notify us immediately if you suspect damage or tampering.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

First, file a claim with the courier. Then contact us with the claim reference. If verified, we may issue a replacement or refund.

8. Delivery Failures

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or absence, we may attempt re‑delivery or cancel the order. Additional shipping charges may apply.

9. Customs & Duties

Not applicable for domestic shipping within Pakistan. For any international orders (if offered), import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

10. Cancellations

You may cancel before dispatch. If the order has already been dispatched, the standard returns process applies.
